Lead with the idea
The opening establishes the event and its audience before the deck asks the reader to process packages, schedules or partnership details.
Campaign / Presentation
This event proposal and pitch deck turns audience, programme, partnership and commercial information into a presentation with momentum. Reza shaped the visual pacing, hierarchy and page roles so an event idea could feel tangible, move from persuasion into detail, and give a potential partner a clear next step.

Challenge + direction
An event proposal has to persuade before the event exists, but it also needs to carry audience, programme, partnership and commercial detail. Reza treated the deck as a sequence of decisions, moving from the event idea into proof and schedules, then giving the potential partner a clear way to continue.

System / execution
The deck uses distinct page roles for framing, proof, programme, package and close. Image scale and typography create momentum at the beginning, then separate schedules and commercial detail from the persuasive story. The same logic lets the content change without losing the argument.

Key decisions
The opening establishes the event and its audience before the deck asks the reader to process packages, schedules or partnership details.
Typography and image scale create pauses between the persuasive story and the administrative information that follows it.
The final page gathers the next step instead of repeating the deck, giving a partner a clear reason to continue the conversation.
Result
A good proposal does not make every page loud. It gives the reader somewhere to land after each important idea.
