Point of view
I map what a person needs to know, decide and do before polishing the interface. Prototypes help test a flow in the browser; live products need a clear path through the work around it too.

Commerce / Operations Platform
Blessing For Goods is a live bookstore and commerce platform built around two buying modes: Ready Stock for available titles and Secret Catalog for books with a separate access and ordering path. I focused on making those different journeys read as one clear product from discovery through fulfillment.
Community / Membership Platform
Pak Login Pak is a community platform that connects a public website with a membership system. Members find a shared digital home and a clear joining path, while the website keeps the membership record that community operations can refer to as people join and participate.
Service Experience / Digital Prototype
The F&B / Room Service team reported low Room Service revenue. Guests paged through a thick printed menu, then called to explain each choice. Reza prototyped a responsive self-service flow connecting menu discovery to order entry.

I work across brand identity, campaigns, digital experiences and visual systems. My role is usually to define the idea, build a clear system around it, and keep the execution consistent from concept through production.
