My hospitality work spans hotel campaigns and guest-facing communication, built during roles at Hotel Ciputra, Hotel Dafam and Quest. At Hotel Ciputra, I proposed a Room Service prototype after the F&B team reported low Room Service revenue and friction around a printed menu and phone order. Tiga Surya is separate cafe identity work.
Point of view
Campaigns and sales materials need to make an offer clear. A service prototype needs to connect what is available with the next action. Identity work has a different job: make a place recognisable across its own touchpoints.

Campaign / Presentation
This event proposal and pitch deck turns audience, programme, partnership and commercial information into a presentation with momentum. Reza shaped the visual pacing, hierarchy and page roles so an event idea could feel tangible, move from persuasion into detail, and give a potential partner a clear next step.
Service Experience / Digital Prototype
The F&B / Room Service team reported low Room Service revenue. Guests paged through a thick printed menu, then called to explain each choice. Reza prototyped a responsive self-service flow connecting menu discovery to order entry.
Brand Direction
This cafe and eatery identity explores a warm but restrained hospitality personality through an architectural mark, deep neutrals and contemporary applications. Reza directed the logo and visual language so the place could feel recognisable across signage, menus and social templates while food, material and place carry the mood.
About Reza
I work across brand identity, campaigns, digital experiences and visual systems. My role is usually to define the idea, build a clear system around it, and keep the execution consistent from concept through production.
